Dear Sir,
I feel the necessity to write and offer my gratitude to Carrick and your Company for the hours of work and the enthusiasm that was shown on my behalf to restore my files and records that were so important to me. Many of them bring back memories of my work and accomplishments thru my acting career. I was told many years ago if you have talent and are put behind a brick wall you will walk thru it. I feel the talent that Carrick showed was that of a patient determined genius. His determination amazed me to no end. And sometimes when it looked as if the job could not be figured out that’s when he would not take no for an answer. I was treated and talked to with nothing but respect. I had to write and tell you what a pleasure it was to work with him. You have a great employee both with his work and how he treats your customers. Such qualities are not to be found in today’s world that often. Again, I am so grateful everything is back to normal and I could not be happier.

To whom it may concern:
I am writing this email in reference to the excellent support I received from the technician, Ron Sahu over the past weekend. Not only did he repair my computer, he went over and beyond the typical service call. He not only diagnosed the problem but spent two and a half days working out all the issues with the hard drive. One of the drivers was corrupt. He was kind, patient, and walked me through everything throughout the entire restoral process, including reconnecting the internet and syncing the printer and cell phone. It is not often that you find a service tech who exhibits perseverance and assistance in this manner.
